The machine is an automatic rotary tablet press that are widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramics, foodsuff, electronics. plasties  and  powder  metallurgy  industries, erc. It  can  be  used  to press a variety of granular materials into tablets,  but not suitable to press  semi-solid, wet or  ulura-fine  powder  particles.

The external part of the machine is fully-enclosed, and it is made of stainless steel, meeting the GMP requirements. It has transparent windows  so  that  pressing  condition  can  be  observed  clearly. The windows  can  be  opened  for  easy  cleaning  and  maintenance. The machine can press not only round tablets but also tablets of different geometrical  shapes, or  even  double-layered  and  annular  tablets, carving  letters  on  both  sides. All  the controller  and  devices  are located  at  one  side  of  the  machine  for  easy  operation  purpose.  An overload  protection unit  is  included  in  the  system to  avoid the damage of punching dies and apparatus, when overload occurs. The machine's worm  gear  reducer adoprs  fully-enclosed  oil-immersed lubrication with long service-life to prevent cross contamination.
